The Academy for Professional Excellence Help Center is powered by Zoho. This site is an Academy knowledge base and ticketing system where Service Providers can access self help guides as well as submit help tickets for various needs including tech. support with our Academy platforms as well as account creations etc.
Tickets that are submitted will be responded to by Academy Staff members.
