Requesting a New Academy LMS Account with Access to Tribal ICWA Advocate Activities
To access or update your existing LMS account, please submit a ticket to the Academy LMS
Academy LMS Account Creation for Tribal ICWA Advocates
Navigate to the Academy LMS Sign In page, go to: https://tinyurl.com/TribalICWAAdvocates
Select ”Create Your Own Account” to open the Account Creation form and enter your account information.
User Name - Enter your email address as your User Name
Email address associated with your Tribal ICWA Advocate’s affiliation
Password - Enter a password that meets the following conditions:
Must contain at least 5 characters
No spaces
No personal information (e.g., first/last name, username, employee ID, Social Security number)
The only special characters allowed are ! , @ * # %
Confirm Password - Enter the password again
First Name - Enter your first name
Last Name - Enter your last name
Email - Enter your email address again (same as User Name)
County of Residence - Please share the County you live in
WORK INFORMATION
What type of ICWA Advocate are you? - Select the ICWA Advocate that best represents you
If applicable, please share the tribe(s), tribal organization(s), or program(s) you work with. - Enter what tribe, tribal organization, or county unit you work for and with
What is your current role or job title? - Enter the name of title or role
What California County do you work in? - Select the County you work in
Click SAVE to submit your information and wait to be redirected back to the Sign In page to view your confirmation.
The message displayed at the top of the sign in page will confirm, “Your new account is pending approval. You will receive an email when it has been processed.” If your account is approved, you will receive instructions via email on how to log into your new account within 5 business days. If more information is needed for your account, a Tribal STAR team member will reach out via email.
