Learning Management System (LMS) Instructions
How to Login to SumTotal and Navigate to the Library
If you are not sure if you have an accout, please submit a ticket and we will assist with your account creation
If you already have an account, log on to the site at: https://academy.sumtotal.host
Your username should be your work email address, and the default password is Jump4joy!
If you are having trouble logging in, attempt to reset your password.
If that does not work, please submit a ticket to the Academy Help Center.
Once you are logged on, click on LIBRARY, located on the left side of the screen.
By clicking on FILTERS, you can choose the Activity Type. (For example, if you check the box for eLearning, all of the eLearnings will display. By clicking the 3 dots on the right side of an eLearning title, you can register or view the course details.)
How to Access an eLearning for Which You are Already Registered
Log on to the site at: https://academy.sumtotal.host
Your username should be your work email address, and the default password is Jump4joy!
Click on TRAINING SCHEDULE
Select at the top the CURRENT/UPCOMING to access the list of trainings you have not yet completed
Click on the START button to begin taking a course.
How to View Registered or Past Due Courses
Log on to the site at: https://academy.sumtotal.host
If you have logged on before, use the password that you created.
In the left side panel, click on the MY LEARNING icon.
To start or resume a training you are registered to complete, click on the CURRENT LEARNING icon
To resume or start a past due training, click on the PAST DUE icon
Find the training name in your training list, click on the START to begin.
