Learning Management System (LMS) Team

1. Log-in to SumTotal 
   
1. Link to the website https://academy.sumtotal.host/ (copy and paste directly to search bar if needed)

2. Select "My Team" from the ribbon on the top of the site screen
   
3. A drop down menu will appear proceed to select " Manager Dashboard"
   
1. Direct reports will display on the "Manager Dashboard"

4. Locate the learner by scrolling or inputting their name in the search box
   
5. click on the caret symbol (dropdown arrow) next to the "select" button

6. A drop-down menu will provide a list of options ranging from Training Schedule, Training Transcript etc.

7. Upon selecting an option emulation mode will be activated
   
1. Mode in which you can view the learner's selected information
   
8. Once you are done reviewing the learner's information and would like to return back to your profile select "Exit Emulation"
