Purpose: This article will guide learners through the steps of registering for an eLearning or managing their enrollment through the Academy LMS (SumTotal)

How to Register for an eLearning


1. Log in to the LMS by clicking here using your username and password. Be sure to turn off your pop-up blockers before you log in.



2. On your Learner Dashboard page, click on the COURSE CATALOG to open the search library page.


3. On the LIBRARY page, enter the training name (or code) in the  SEARCH BOX



4. Locate the eLearning in the search results. Click on the 3-vertical dots and select REGISTER to open the registration page


5. At the bottom of the registration summary section, click on the REGISTER button to finish the registration.


6. You are now registered for eLearning. Click DONE in the lower right to exit or START in the top right to begin the eLearning in a new window.


Canceling Your Enrollment

If you would like to cancel your enrollment for any learning activity, follow the steps below

  1. From your dashboard, select Training Schedule

  2. Check the box to the left of the activity you would like to cancel

    1. If this is is an instructor-led training, select the ILT Course and the ILT Class

  3. Select Cancel Registration in the header


  1. Confirm your cancellation on the next screen

  2. You will receive an email with the cancellation details
