How To Register or Manage Your Enrollment
If you have access to your account skip to section Register for an eLearning
If unsure, click on the link below to access SumTotal
https://academy.sumtotal.host/
Select “Forgot your Password?”
Input your county work email address as your username
You will receive the following response:
"An email has been sent with the associated username on file.
If you do not receive an email in a few minutes, check your junk folder and ensure you typed your username[work email] correctly."
If you do NOT receive an email or do not have a SumTotal Account, you can request an account. For more detailed instructions on how to request an account, please see the guides below
Log in to the Academy Learning Management System (LMS), SumTotal, by clicking here using your username and password. Be sure to turn off your pop-up blockers before you log in.
On your Learner Dashboard, click on the Course Catalog section to open the library.
Once at the Library, you will be able to view all available learning activities.
The Library page provides a list of all available learning activities ( elearnings and Instructor-led Trainings). Use the search field or select "Topics" to find activity.
Once you have identified an activity you would like to register for, click on the 3-vertical dots to the right side of the activity and select REGISTER from the drop down to open the registration page.
For more information on the activity, you can also click on the name.
Once you select the Register Button, you will be brought to a Registration Summary Page. At the bottom of the registration summary section, click on the REGISTER button to complete the registration.
You are now registered for eLearning. Click DONE in the lower right to exit or START in the top right to begin the eLearning in a new window.
Once at the Library you will be able to view all available learning activities.
The Library page provides a list of all available learning activities ( elearnings and Instructor-led Trainings). Use the search field or select "Topics" to find the activity.
Note: Narrow down your search by expanding the topic sections. Once you have identified an activity you would like to register for, click on the 3-vertical dots to the right side of the activity and select REGISTER from the drop down to open the registration page.
For more information on the activity, you can also click on the name.
Next a list of available offerings will display
Click the "ADD" button to add the class to your "Registration Summary"
Next click on the "Register" button located at the bottom right of the screen
If your class has registration questions you will be prompted to complete the question(s)
Fill out the question(s) and click "Submit Form"
A green banner will display at the top of the screen to confirm your enrollment.
You will also receive a confirmation email
If your class has a waitlist you will receive a waitlist confirmation email
To exist the screen click on the "Done" button on the bottom right of the screen
If you would like to cancel your enrollment for any learning activity, follow the steps below
From your Learner Dashboard, select Training Schedule
Check the box to the left of the activity you would like to cancel
If this is is an instructor-led training, select the ILT Course and the ILT Class
Select Cancel Registration in the header
Confirm your cancellation on the next screen
You will receive an email with the cancellation details
