How To Register or Manage Your Enrollment

Purpose: This article will guide learners through the steps of registering for an eLearning or managing their enrollment through the Academy LMS (SumTotal).

Register for a Learning Activity (eLearning, Instructor-Led, etc).

  1. Log in to the Academy Learning Management System (LMS), SumTotal, by clicking here using your username and password. Be sure to turn off your pop-up blockers before you log in.


  1. On your Learner Dashboard, click on the Course Catalog section to open the library.

  1. Once at the Library, you will be able to view all available learning activities.

  2. Once you have identified an activity you would like to register for, click on the 3-vertical dots to the right side of the activity and select REGISTER from the drop down to open the registration page.

    1. For more information on the activity, you can also click on the name. 


  1. Once you select the Register Button, you will be brought to a Registration Summary Page. At the bottom of the registration summary section, click on the REGISTER button to complete the registration.

  2. You are now registered for eLearning. Click DONE in the lower right to exit or START in the top right to begin the eLearning in a new window.









Canceling Your Enrollment


If you would like to cancel your enrollment for any learning activity, follow the steps below

  1. From your Learner Dashboard, select Training Schedule

  2. Check the box to the left of the activity you would like to cancel

    1. If this is is an instructor-led training, select the ILT Course and the ILT Class

  3. Select Cancel Registration in the header

  4. Confirm your cancellation on the next screen

  5. You will receive an email with the cancellation details
