​CACWT Webinar Acknowledgement Quick Guide


Purpose: This guide will provide instructions on how to complete the Attendance Acknowledgement for the Webinar in CACWT. This is a required step to be completed in CACWT if you would like to receive credit for your attendance. Once you have attended the webinar, you can complete this step anytime within one week of the webinar. After this one week timeframe, if this step was not completed, you will not be able to acknowledge your attendance and receive credit.

  1. Login to CACWT https://cacwt.dss.ca.gov/

  2. Locate and proceed to click on your class from your active courses



  1. Once the Webinar Acknowledgement is available it will become an active link



NOTE: It will NOT appear if checking earlier than when the webinar is over. The text “content isn’t available” will be displayed



NOTE: The Acknowledgement will become available at the end of the webinar and will be available for 1 week after the webinar has ended.

  1. Click on the Webinar Acknowledgement

  2. Click on Start Attempt



  1. A prompt will open that asks a True/False question. Please read over this prompt carefully and select your answer




  1. Once selection is made a prompt will appear asking for confirmation




  1. Select Submit in the pop-up window

  2. Next you will be able to download completion for your records or select close


  1. Once submitted, your attendance will be updated in CACWT and this course will appear on your transcript within 24 hours.
