CACWT: Roles
Use Roles in the CACWT System:
CWDS Service providers may currently have three different types of roles in the CACWT system; Instructor, Observer, Learner.
Instructor Role: This role is for those that will serve as instructors and provide training. This role allows users to access Trainer Guides and other curriculum related materials specific to the Instructor Role.
Learner role: This is the default role for when you log into the system. When you log in, you will be on the Learner Dashboard. Here you can see any classes you are enrolled in.
Observer Role: This role is for those who will be observing a delivery. This role will allow you to access the class materials and information for the delivery you are observing.
How to Switch your profile role:
Log in to CACWT.
On the left side panel, below the CACWT logo, you will see that you are logged in as a Learner.
To switch this role, click on the drop down arrow next to the word Learner
Once you switch out, you will be on the admin page. Click on Go to LMS
