Delivery Request Guide










Purpose: This guide will briefly go over how CWDS Service Providers can now request to deliver upcoming and available deliveries.

**Be advised that this process will indicate Interest in training and is not confirming selection to train.

 

  1. Log in to Access Planit

  2. On your dashboard, locate the CWDS Delivery Service Provider Signup Page and open

  1. Click on the Book button to the far right of the screen corresponding to the delivery that you are interested in training.

 

  1. A new tab will open with your Order Summary

  1. Follow the instructions on the above screenie if interested in signing up for more than one delivery.

  2. If you add a delivery into your cart and you do not meet the requirements to facilitate, you will receive an error message saying "'Your Name' does not have the required awards for 'Course Name'. Please remove this Course or Delegate to continue."

    1. Reach out to the Facilitator Supervisor if this error message is received and you believe you have met the requirements.

  3. Once you have added all of the deliveries you would like to sign up for, confirm on the right side that your name is pre populated. 

    1.  Note: in the system, you are referred to as a Delegate.

    2. If your name is not pre populated, you will be asked to sign in. Use your Access Planit credentials to sign in.  

  4. Once you have reviewed your Order Summary, click the green Continue to Payment button

    1.  Please note: the site takes a moment to process the request.

  5. The next page will prompt you to fill out a couple more fields for “Payment”

    1. Bill To* = Select Child Welfare Development Services from the dropdown

    2. Check the Box next to “I have read and accept the terms and conditions*”

    3.  Click Complete.

  1. Once you click Complete, you will be taken to one last page

  2. A dialog box will appear in the middle with the button Manage Booking Now, click on the button.

  3. On the right side of the page will be a Manage Booking Section

    1. If you did not sign up for any simulations, click on the button that says Save Information and Complete Booking

    2. If you signed up to deliver any simulations, please select what role you are interested in fulfilling

      1. Only Academy Staff can fulfill the role of Lead Facilitator

      2. Click Save Information and Complete Booking button

  1. The finalized Order Summary will be displayed with the message “Checked Out” at the top

  2. If you would like to save a “Receipt” of everything you signed up for, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the green Download Receipt button.

  3. You will receive an email notification if you were selected
