How do I create an Academy LMS account as a new user?
New users can register for an Academy LMS account by visiting the Registration Page.
Please note: Your account will not become active until San Diego Behavioral Health verifies your agency affiliation and approves your LMS access. This approval process may take several days.
Who do I contact for technical issues with my LMS account?
For technical support including account recovery, enrollment issues, profile updates, license numbers, and other system-related concerns. Please submit a ticket through the Academy Help Center.
How do I obtain Continuing Education (CE) credits for my courses?
