SumTotal User Guide - How to Obtain Your Diploma/Certificate
Log in to the LMS by clicking here using your username and password. Be sure to turn off your pop-up blockers before you log in.
On the Home page, click on the TRAINING TRANSCRIPT to access your training transcript page.
For Date Range (box in the top left corner) Click the arrow to select ALL
Next, select EXPORT TO PDF located in the top right corner of the training transcript page.
Wait for the popup message, "Generating PDF document. Please wait..." to complete.
Then, select "Click here to download the file"
