Service Providers - Updating Demographic Information
Purpose: The purpose of this document is to provide guidance on how Trainers and Service Providers (IES employees/Vendors) can update their demographic, licensure, T4T completions, biography, education, and biography.
To update your information related to any of the following categories:
Demographic, licensure, T4T completions, biography, education, and biography
Please submit a ticket through our help center under Access Planit/Account Management and select the area you would like update. From there, provide the new information in the description and we will update it in our system.
