Service Providers | Qualtrics XM | Dashboard Page Guide

CWDS/TS  Facilitators Dashboard Page Guide 

The Academy for Professional Excellence uses Qualtrics Experience Management (XM) platform to collect, analyze, visualize and interact with our data. Dashboard accounts are role-based, and designed to show the user the data they need to see. CWDS Facilitators will be able to review their own training scores and the scores of facilitators they co-facilitated with. For questions regarding these dashboards, please feel free to email at kmettler@sdsu.edu (for Tribal Star) or at  jahsing@sdsu.edu (for CWDS).

Please allow seven days from the survey completion before reviewing dashboard data for a specific training. This allows adequate time for learners to provide feedback and allows for our internal QA process to occur.
