The Academy will create a CACWT account for every service provider once they are onboarded with CWDS. Once the account is created, you will receive an email with your login credentials. 


First Time Logging In: 

  • Login Username: email address provided (email you have on file with CWDS)

  • Password: Changeme1!


Logging In After

  • Username: email address provided

  • Password: whatever you set it to

If you need to reset your password, click on the Forgot Password link on the CACWT home page.
