Below are some common resolutions to issues regarding eLearning access:
It's possible that having a pop-up blocker enabled could be preventing the course from opening on your device.
Please take a moment to review the appropriate instructions below to disable the pop-up blocker.
Microsoft Edge: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/block-pop-ups-in-microsoft-edge-516d558c-96ee-5ba4-8728-651aab1b983b
Chrome: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95472?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3D
Safari: https://support.apple.com/guide/safari/block-pop-ups-sfri40696/mac
Firefox https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/pop-blocker-settings-exceptions-troubleshooting
If the problem persists after disabling the pop-up blocker (or if you already have pop-up blockers disabled) we suggest using a different web browser from the one you are currently using (such as an up-to-date version of Chrome, Firefox or Microsoft Edge). Keep in mind that Internet Explorer is not a supported browser by the CACWT system.
Some students have also had success using "incognito" mode to open eLearnings if none of the previous solutions work.
If disabling pop-up blockers and using a different/incognito browser does not resolve the issue, then can you try clearing your cache and attempt to open the eLearning again? The link to the instructions for clearing the cache for Google is below: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop
Try accessing the eLearning using another device.
