CACWT Force Enroll Guide

This guide will walk through the steps on how to Force Enroll a learner into a class in CACWT. This action should only be taken when a county approves the learner to be enrolled, as Force Enrolling will override any prerequisites for the training.

  1. Switch role to Affiliation
    Red box surrounds the Switch to Affiliation role when logging into the learner dashboard

  2. On the left panel menu in Genius, click on Administration and choose Force Enroll
    Under Admininistration, a red box surrounds Force Enroll

  3. Under Search Criteria, search via learner email or name and click Find

  4. Search results will appear at the bottom on your screen, select the checkbox to the left of learner ID and click Force Enroll

  5. Use the Term dropdown to select Ongoing

  6. Use the Course dropdown menu to search for the desired course, then use the Section dropdown menu to find the desired section. Click Enroll.
